Frequently Asked Questions

Find quick answers to common questions about our care coordination services.

What types of services do you provide?

We offer a comprehensive range of non-medical support including care coordination, administrative help, healthcare advocacy, transportation to appointments, grocery errands, and dedicated companionship designed to promote safety and independence.

Do you provide medical or hands-on care?

No, our services are exclusively non-medical and non-hands-on. Our role is to act as your advocate and coordinator, working closely with clinical and medical providers to ensure your care plan is followed accurately and effectively.

Who can benefit from your services?

Our coordination services are tailored for seniors seeking to age in place, adults living with disabilities, individuals requiring extra support during pregnancy, and family caregivers looking for a dependable partner to manage complex logistics.

How do we get started?

The process is straightforward: first, contact us for an initial inquiry; second, we schedule an in-depth consultation to understand your unique needs; and third, we create and implement a personalized care coordination plan just for you.

Do you accept insurance?

We generally operate on a private-pay basis. While many non-medical services aren't covered by traditional health insurance, some insurance may cover certain services provided depending on the type of plan you have.
