Felicia Mayes

Compassionate Partners LLC was founded by Licia Mayes, who has more than a decade of experience in various areas of care and service coordination.

With years of experience supporting individuals and families, Licia has worked across multiple sectors, including home care, care facilities, health homes, insurance services, and housing placement for individuals experiencing homelessness. Through these roles, she gained valuable insight into the many challenges people face when navigating services, managing daily responsibilities, and maintaining independence.

Her experience working with both care providers and insurance systems has allowed her to develop a strong understanding of coordination, advocacy, and client support. Compassionate Partners was created to bring that knowledge together in a more personal and compassionate way — offering dependable assistance while simplifying everyday tasks for the individuals and families she serves.
